Responsibilities:
As a General Virtual Assistant, your core responsibility will be to efficiently complete tasks delegated by your assigned client, often high-profile CEOs in the US. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through effective documentation, organization, and overall productivity enhancement. Maintaining open lines of communication with your assigned client is key, as is the accurate and consistent tracking and management of time, energy, and effort. Following instructions provided by the client is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Experience with basic administrative tasks. Do you have experience or the required skills to perform most of the following?
- Calendar Management: Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
- Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the client, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets.
- File Organization: Maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Research: Conduct internet research on various topics as requested by the client.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist in organizing materials for meetings.
- Hands-on experience with various tools and software (G Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Extremely high attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to follow instructions as given
- Initiative in learning new things as necessary
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities with competing deadlines
- Ability to work in different US time zones (EST, CST, PST) – flexibility appreciated
- Ability to receive critical feedback and adjust accordingly
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting more than one person
- Hands-on experience working within a specific niche or industry
- Experience with various digital marketing tools
