Elena's story.
Before M/AVS, Elena was an educator and became a school principal at 23, the youngest ever assigned at her school, leading more than 30 teachers and 1,000+ students. She eventually stepped away from school leadership and built M/AVS into a business supporting founders through operations, content, publishing, and execution.
Life, motherhood, and experiments.
Outside client work, Elena is a mom who homeschools her two boys, and a builder who is always learning and testing new ideas. Some of those experiments become tools. Some become lessons. All of them make the work better.
